To prototype a part or validate your design, UNGAVA offers CNC machining services for rapid prototyping and short production runs. We can produce your parts in order to validate your ideas before large production run, from your own technical drawings.

	A PROTOTYPE BEFORE LARGE PRODUCTION BATCHES ? You have a new 3D-part to machine. It is important for you to see it, to touch it and to verify that it gets the job done. UNGAVA can quickly prototype it at a good price. We can also produce a small quantity to start your production. In contrast with big machining companies, we have a flexible structure, which means our prices and time-lines are attractive for prototyping and small run production. We can also redirect to a bigger machining center when needed.
	A VERY SMALL SIZE PART ? OOur machine can produce parts from very small to medium size. Maximum parts dimensions are 457 mm (X), by 279 mm (Y), by 406 mm (Z) (18" x 9.5" x 16"). We have the expertise and technological equipment to produce your custom parts, adapted to your needs.
	NEED A HIGHLY PRECISE PART ? Our CNC machine has a 0.0006 inches/foot precision. Therefore we can easily create your parts with a +/- 0.001" (0.03mm) margin of error.
